Location: the hotel was near to local attractions, Mississippi and O'Fallon. The room was brand-new and equipped with pullout couch and comfortable bed, for example. The staff was patient, took good care of everyone.

the room was dark and had bugs. but it was big and spacious, which was nice. the internet worked well and the check-in process was pretty quick. the staff was friendly too and answered questions I had.

I recently stayed for two nights and appreciated how clean my Studio with one King bed was when checking in. It had a pleasant atmosphere, and the bed was really comfortable. I did notice the kitchenette was missing some essentials, which was a bit frustrating. I had a decent experience and might choose this place again.

The price for a week was appealing, and the kitchenette setup in the room provided convenience for meals. Several issues detracted from the experience. The room wasn't very clean, and the staff was unhelpful when asked for extra towels. The TV remote did not work, which further added to the frustration . Dining options were limited, and there was a distinct lack of customer service.
